Users & Access Control
Granular role-based permissions for every module. Restrict users by branch, cashbox, and bank account with fine-grained access scopes.
At an exchange house, not every user should see and do everything. Divisafe offers role-based access control (RBAC) with granular permissions per resource and action: read, create, edit, delete, cancel.
Users can also be scoped by branch, cashbox, and bank account, so a teller can only operate their cashbox, a manager only sees their branch, and an auditor can read everything without modifying anything.
Key capabilities
Roles and granular permissions
Define custom roles with module- and action-level permissions. Just enough for each user.
Branch and cashbox scoping
Restrict users to specific branches or cashboxes. A teller cannot operate another branch's cashbox.
Enterprise authentication
Clerk integration for SSO, MFA, and strong password policies. Bank-grade security.
Action audit trail
Every action is logged with author and timestamp. Complete audit of who did what and when.
How it works day to day
An exchange house creates three roles: Teller (operates only their cashbox, no margin reports), Branch Manager (sees everything in their branch and approves cancellations), and Auditor (reads everything across the company without modifying). Each new user is assigned a role and, optionally, scoped to specific branches and cashboxes. Staff turnover doesn't compromise security.
