What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter covers the cash exchange house: cash buy/sell, cashboxes, bank accounts, inventories, reconciliation, KYC clients, and the operations report. Pro adds client credit — paid-later operations, partial payments, asset and liability accounts, loans — and the cash-flow, account, loan, and positions reports.
Why don't you show public prices?
Because Divisafe covers operations from a single branch to groups with very different volumes. A flat price would end up expensive for small houses or limiting for large ones. We quote in under 48 hours after a 30-minute demo.
How long does implementation take?
Initial setup typically takes 1–2 days with our team. Historical data load depends on volume and format — most clients are in production within 1–2 weeks.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. If you start on Starter and later need client credit — paid later, loans, or accounts — you move to Pro without losing data. Only the proportional difference is billed.
What is included in support?
All plans include email support during business hours. Pro adds priority and a response time under one hour. Platform updates are included at no extra cost.
