How long does implementation take?
Initial setup typically takes 1-2 days with our team's help. Historical data migration depends on volume and format — most clients are running in production within 1-2 weeks. For large groups migrating from legacy systems, we plan custom timelines.
Is there an implementation or setup fee?
Standard implementations are included in the plan. For cases involving data migration, custom integrations, or extended training, we quote a one-time implementation fee, separate from the recurring monthly fee.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, plans are scalable. If you start on Starter and open a second branch or need loans, you migrate to Professional without losing data. If you grow into an exchange group, you migrate to Enterprise. Only the proportional difference is billed.
What's included in support?
